The Shrine requests that all the organisers make use of the services of local guides, members of the Association of Guides, which is operating, in agreement with the Shrine, since 1991. All the guides are prepared for work with the pilgrims through appropriate training and examination of their knowledge. They are trained for giving authentic information, and they accomplish their service in tight collaboration with the Information Booth. One-day service of a guide is 50 €; a half-an-hour translation is 20 €, a one-hour translation is 40 €, regardless of the number of groups. (Translation is not charged apart, if you have taken a guide for the whole day.)
