Our Lady's apparitions have a lot to do with young people. She chose to appear to children in Medugorje not adults. Mary chose children, because they are more like God wants all people to be - innocent, pure, kind and loving. Young people are special to Mary and she keeps them all in her special care. Our Lady is the Mother of Jesus, and she is also our mother. Before Jesus went to heaven to be with His Father, He gave us Our Lady to be our spiritual mother. Mary wants to help all people to get to heaven so that we can all be happy with God forever, but to do this she shows us how to live our lives the best we can in this world.
